General terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales by the company NN on the website www.nnnailshop.fr .

Article 2 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros. 

NN reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated and subject to availability. 

The products remain the property of NN until full payment of the price. 

Warning: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you. 

Article 3 - Orders

You can place your order at www.nnnailshop.fr

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than when your order is validated. 

NN reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of supply problems, or in the event of difficulties concerning the order received. 

Article 4 - Order Confirmation

Any order placed on the website www.nnnailshop.fr implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation constitutes your full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. 

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

You declare that you are fully aware of this.

Order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

A summary of your order information and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address used to confirm your order.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card.

Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped. In the case of partial deliveries, you will only be charged for the items that have been shipped.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete. You are responsible for the condition of the returned items. Any damage to the product during return shipping may invalidate your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, NN will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when placing the order.

Article 7 - Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website www.nnnailshop.fr and while stocks last. 

If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no payment will be taken. 

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page. 

In the event of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery timeframe that was indicated to you. 

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will proceed with a full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code. 

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of a product's non-conformity, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them. Shipping costs will be refunded based on the amount charged, and return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof of payment.

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal as provided for in Article 6.

Article 10 - Liability

NN cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

Finally, NN cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Applicable Law in Case of Disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.nnnailshop.fr are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of NN. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of NN. 

Article 13 - Personal Data

NN reserves the right to collect personal information and data about you. This information is necessary for processing your order and for improving the services and information we provide to you.

They can also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. 

This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. 

In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website. 

Article 14 - Archiving Proof

NN will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
